Well, did you know that those two factors combined actually cause your hair to grow faster? Let me tell you why.

At the base of each hair follicle, tiny blood vessels deliver essential nutrients to the hair’s germ cells through blood circulation. During the summer, these cells are nourished more quickly, as warmer temperatures enhance blood flow. Additionally, increased sun exposure boosts keratin production, a protein that shields your hair from UV rays and other external factors. As a result, higher keratin levels make your hair stronger, more resilient, and flexible.
